As many of you have already heard about the recent Similac formula recall. This is so upsetting being that I think I fed my 9 month old child formula that has been tainted by bugs. The real question is will we be getting our money back or some kind of voucher??? This is a question that every parent should ask. Go to google and look up the Similac offical website and send them an email. I have copied and pasted the recall product numbers below please check to see if your formula has been tainted. I just love how recalls happen after the fact, I wish with all this advanced technology that companies can make sure this doesn't happen before it hits the stores.
Now parents are worried and some may be panicing. I'm very concerned b/c in a recent event I believe I seen a bettle shell in my daughters food. I was making her some oatmeal cereal with formula in it and as I was mixing it together I seen a black bettle shell (or what I think was a bettle shell) I didn't think much of it b/c you know how sometimes in a bag of rice there are a couple of rice grains that look like they were burnt or just have black ends?? Well that's what I thought so I scooped the black pieces out, and fed my daughter not even thinking twice, now after this recall I will make sure to fully investigate anything that looks out of the ordinary. It just freaks me out and things like this really shouldn't happen, I know and the world knows that of course everyone has their mix ups but when were dealing with infants and babies that rely on formula for nutrient this should not happen.
